During my stay, I had some lovely moments at this hotel, especially enjoying the beautiful creek views right from my balcony, which provided a relaxing atmosphere. However, I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the room and found some bugs which took away from the experience. The service was commendable, as the staff was very accommodating and friendly, but the dining option left a lot to be desired with limited breakfast variety. Overall, it was a mixed experience with some highlights and several drawbacks.
